Kraft Kasten creates high-quality custom-made cabinets and interior solutions, fully tailored to the customer’s wishes. We deliver with attention to detail, quality, and efficiency.

2. Our process

After an initial consultation and on-site measuring, we prepare a personalized design and a non-binding quotation.
Upon approval, we immediately start production. We aim for a smooth process and will schedule an installation appointment as soon as possible.

3. Quotations are personal and confidential

Every quotation is tailored to the customer’s specific situation and includes unique pricing, dimensions, and materials.
It is not allowed to share quotations with other companies or competitors without written permission from Kraft Kasten.
All proposals remain the intellectual property of Kraft Kasten.

4. Cancellation of custom orders

As our products are custom-made, cancellation is not free of charge once the design has been approved.
From the moment of confirmation, we begin purchasing materials and starting production. In case of cancellation, any costs already incurred will be charged.

5. Suppliers and collaboration

We work with a wide network of suppliers for colors, materials, and accessories.
Based on availability, we choose the most suitable materials for each project. If needed, we reserve the right to switch to alternative suppliers.

6. Warranty and liability

Our products are installed exclusively by our own team of experienced professionals, ensuring perfect finish and placement.
We offer an unlimited warranty on manufacturing and structural defects, as long as the product is used and maintained properly.
Kraft Kasten is not liable for any damage caused by improper use or modifications made without our knowledge.

7. Quotation process and next steps

After submitting the contact form, we will get in touch with you via phone or email.
We’ll schedule a home visit with our measuring technician.
A few days after the visit, you will receive:

• A non-binding price quotation

• A 2D visual of your cabinet or project

Production only begins after your written approval. The decision is entirely up to you – we proceed only after receiving your confirmation.
