Kraft Kasten
1. Wie zijn wij
Kraft Kasten maakt hoogwaardige maatwerkkasten en interieuroplossingen, volledig afgestemd op de wensen van de klant. Wij leveren met oog voor detail, kwaliteit en snelheid.
3. Offertes zijn persoonlijk en vertrouwelijk
Elke offerte is afgestemd op de specifieke situatie van de klant en bevat unieke prijzen, maten en materialen.
Het is niet toegestaan om offertes te delen met andere partijen of concurrenten zonder schriftelijke toestemming van Kraft Kasten.
Alle voorstellen blijven intellectueel eigendom van Kraft Kasten.
2. Onze werkwijze
Na de eerste kennismaking en het inmeten op locatie, maken wij een persoonlijk ontwerp en vrijblijvende offerte.
Bij akkoord gaan wij direct aan de slag met de productie. Wij streven naar een vlotte afhandeling en plannen zo snel mogelijk een montage-afspraak in.
4. Annulering bij maatwerk
Omdat onze producten speciaal voor jou worden gemaakt, is annuleren na goedkeuring van het ontwerp niet kosteloos mogelijk.
Vanaf het moment van akkoord starten wij met inkopen en productie. Eventuele gemaakte kosten worden bij annulering in rekening gebracht.
5. Suppliers and collaboration
We work with a broad network of suppliers for colours, materials and accessories.
We select the most suitable materials based on availability. If necessary, we reserve the right to use alternative suppliers.
7. Quotation process and follow-up
After completing and submitting the application form, we will contact you by phone or email.
We will schedule an appointment with our measuring technician.
A few days after the measurement you will receive from us:

A 2D visualization of your cabinet or project
6. Warranty and liability
Our products are installed exclusively by our own team of experienced professionals. This guarantees a perfect finish and installation.
We offer an unlimited warranty on our custom products against manufacturing and construction defects, as long as the product is used and maintained correctly.
Kraft Kasten is not liable for damage caused by improper use or modifications made without our knowledge.
We only start production after you approve it. The decision is entirely yours – we simply await your approval.
